Job Summary
A technology company has an open position for a Remote Corporate Payroll Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Working with our global payroll vendor to Identify legal requirements
- Managing the payroll team; training, assisting, and guiding Payroll Specialists
- Checking and auditing timekeeping records for compliance with established standards
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or 10 years of experience in lieu of degree
- 5 years’ experience in processing full cycle payroll in a multi-state, multi-employer environment
- 3 years of experience working with HCM, HRIS, CRM, and/or salary data software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve deadlines without sacrificing accuracy or integrity
- Continuously seeking opportunities to improve the automation of the payroll and reporting processes
