Job Summary

A clinical research company has an open position for a Remote Corporate Quality Relationships Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing quality oversight, support and consultancy for accounts
• Supporting the internal account and/or operational teams
• Managing performance and remediating performance issues

Position Requirements Include:

• Travel may be required (approximately 25%)
• University degree and minimum of 9 years professional experience or equivalent
• Experience in quality management and/or process improvement is essential
• Effective at critical thinking and conflict resolution
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
