Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Support all aspects of the company's real estate transactions
- Manage the contract portfolio and form and maintain subsidiaries
- Run high impact projects in a fast-paced technology startup
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of real estate and corporate paralegal experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Technologically fluent and familiar with contract lifecycle management software
- You are detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated and exhibit flexibility when it comes to roles and responsibilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate complex Legal team projects into business-friendly terms
- Travel is part of your DNA and you have a passion for the real estate, tech, and the hospitality industry
