Job Summary
A company that provides information technology services to government agencies is seeking a Remote Corporate Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Staffing a variety of technical, management and non-technical positions across all areas of a rapidly growing company
- Gaining an understanding of position requirements by reviewing job descriptions and meeting with managers to discuss needs
- Posting and managing positions within our recruiting management system and develop sourcing strategy to develop pool of candidates
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience working in a recruiting function at either a staffing agency or within a corporate HR department
- Demonstrated strong customer service focus and ability to work with a sense of urgency
- Ability to effectively screen candidates against job requirements and perform phone interviews to determine how well the candidates fits the need
- Ability to provide summary of candidate to hiring manager that highlights key information and recommendation for next steps
- Ability to support hiring manager with compensation issues and negotiate offers of employment
