Job Summary
A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Corporate Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Partnering with hiring managers and determine sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Managing temp hires, conversions and terminations
- Managing phone and team-onsite interview scheduling for all requisitions and hiring team
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3-5+ years’ full life cycle recruiting experience in a corporate-in house role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven experience sourcing and filling hard to fill technical and corporate positions
- Proficient in using ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, and other job boards
- Experience with phone interview and onsite team interview scheduling
- Experience running and managing background checks and other onboarding tasks
