An employee benefits solutions and consulting agency has a current position open for a Remote Corporate Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Developing strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates and cross-functional partners
- Creating comprehensive sourcing and recruitment strategies while leveraging client’s resources in order to hire top tier talent
- Buildng talent pipelines to fill current and future roles to drive improvements in time to hire and candidate quality
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates in a variety of industries
- Analytical and metrics-oriented
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to pivot and quickly adapt to changing business needs and priorities
- 5+ years full cycle recruiting experience; agency and/or in-house, required
- High degree of Emotional Intelligence (EQ)
