A telecom company is seeking a Remote Corporate Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and maintaining a partnership with hiring managers
- Consulting with managers regarding recruitment practices, policies, and procedures
- Partnering with managers to update job descriptions and writing effective postings to attract top talent
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher OR 4+ years professional work experience
- 1+ year experience as a full life-cycle recruiter
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes
- Ability to take ownership of the selection process and successfully manage a high volume work load
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
