A managed vision care company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Corporate Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Creating and publishing job ads
- Managing the recruitment and selection process for assigned positions
- Developing recruiting collateral, job postings, and other tool
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or a combination of education and related experience
- Demonstrated ability to develop recruitment plans for high volume recruitments and difficult to fill positions
- Ability to build relationships across all levels and to provide advice to hiring managers
- Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking system
