Job Summary

An insurance company is in need of a Remote Corporate Recruiter.

Must be able to:

  • Develop strategies to identify, attract and engage with the best talent
  • Manage candidate flow through our ATS, Lever
  • Coach hiring managers and guide them throughout the recruiting process

Qualifications Include:

  • Some work/travel to our offices in Denver or DC
  • 2 years experience with sourcing or full lifecycle recruiting required across multiple departments
  • Ability to manage and navigate moderately complex recruiting situations
  • Experience with common sourcing tools, like LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience with an ATS
  • G-Suite Tools, Collaboration tools, basic office machines
