Job Summary

A title and escrow provider is filling a position for a Remote Corporate Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Owning the success and quality of the end to end retail direct recruitment cycle
• Designing, building, and executing a comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy that is aligned to the organization’s vision, values, objectives, and priorities.
• Creating exceptional candidate and employee experiences by utilizing a “design thinking” approach in the development and delivery of recruiting processes

Qualifications Include:

• 5+ years of total Talent Acquisition experience with three or more of those years in a high growth company
• Experience in Title and Escrow, as well as a fast paced, hyper-growth company
• Highly collaborative and team-oriented approach to solving problems
• Ability to think strategically but enjoys rolling up his/her sleeves to get things done
