Job Summary

A marketing company is in need of a Remote Corporate Recruiter.

Must be able to:

  • Passively source talent for high priority roles
  • Timely review and thorough screening of resumes
  • Assist in coordination of candidate/manager follow up calls

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2-3 years related full-cycle recruiting experience in-house or through an RPO/staffing agency
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ideally within a related field
  • Proficiency working within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Demonstrated success using various recruitment databases and tools
  • Ability to creatively develop and implement a recruitment marketing strategy
  • Ability to effectively prepare reports, presentations and business correspondence
