Job Summary
A marketing company is in need of a Remote Corporate Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Passively source talent for high priority roles
- Timely review and thorough screening of resumes
- Assist in coordination of candidate/manager follow up calls
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2-3 years related full-cycle recruiting experience in-house or through an RPO/staffing agency
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ideally within a related field
- Proficiency working within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Demonstrated success using various recruitment databases and tools
- Ability to creatively develop and implement a recruitment marketing strategy
- Ability to effectively prepare reports, presentations and business correspondence
