Job Summary
A roadside assistance technology has an open position for a Remote Corporate Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Building relationships and partnering with existing staffing agencies
- Ensuring job postings are inclusive, accurate, and marketable
Position Requirements Include:
- 2+ years of experience working in a high-volume recruiting environment
- Working knowledge of recruitment processes and workflows
- Full cycle recruiting experience in a high growth, high volume environment
- Proven ability to employ proactive recruiting strategies
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- High emotional intelligence
