Job Summary

An insurance company is seeking a Remote Corporate Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Owning full cycle recruiting while ensuring excellent candidate experience
  • Supporting multiple departments and Hiring Managers as their strategic Talent Acquisition subject matter expert
  • Leading intake discussions to ensure a deep understanding of business needs

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR or related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  • Minimum of 3+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience with full cycle recruiting
  • Proven track record of providing high quality customer service, with strong oral and written communication
  • Must have an ability to handle a high volume of requisitions and candidate flow
  • Results oriented mindset
