Core Responsibilities Include:
- Sourcing, recruiting and hiring activities related to sales talent acquisition needs
- Running a full life staffing cycle
- Creatively and persistently connecting and retaining relationships with top talent
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales recruiting experience preferably in the legal industry, preferably eDiscovery space
- Strong professional recruiting networking skills. Experience sourcing and closing passive candidates
- Must have experience managing the full life cycle recruitment process in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record prioritizing, managing time well, and working closely with leadership to quickly address staffing needs
- Must be proficient with applicant tracking systems, compensation tools and resume databases
- Must be knowledgeable with internet recruiting techniques
