Job Summary

A global provider of integrated technology and services for the legal profession has a current position open for a Remote Corporate Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Sourcing, recruiting and hiring activities related to sales talent acquisition needs
• Running a full life staffing cycle
• Creatively and persistently connecting and retaining relationships with top talent

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 5+ years of sales recruiting experience preferably in the legal industry, preferably eDiscovery space
• Strong professional recruiting networking skills. Experience sourcing and closing passive candidates
• Must have experience managing the full life cycle recruitment process in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record prioritizing, managing time well, and working closely with leadership to quickly address staffing needs
• Must be proficient with applicant tracking systems, compensation tools and resume databases
• Must be knowledgeable with internet recruiting techniques
