A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Corporate Recruiter in Atlanta.
Must be able to:
- Execute full-cycle recruitment
- Work closely with managers to understand their needs to identify the right talent
- Identify and source candidates through multiple channels
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and self-direct
- Strong computer skills including MS office, Outlook, and the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to follow through with an appropriate sense of urgency
- Enjoy working in a high volume, fast-paced environment
