Job Summary
A company that specializes in apartment listings for renters needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Corporate Recruiter in Denver.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conduct phone screens to interview candidates for skill sets, attitude, enthusiasm and dedication
- Manage candidates through the entire candidate pipeline
- Review applications and resumes for matching skill sets
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Source and recruit candidates by using social recruiting, networking, job postings, career events and cold-outreach
- 5+ years of experience in a recruiter role (in-house or agency)
- Proven track record for successfully identifying and hiring exceptional candidates directly
- College degree or equivalent experience
