Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and fostering strong relationships
- Engaging in innovative sourcing and screening strategies
- Supporting project teams in staffing key internal projects and programs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum 5 years' of experience in full lifecycle recruiting
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Being able to coordinate multiple projects and programs
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience writing compelling job descriptions
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems
