Job Summary

A software company is filling a position for a Remote Corporate Securities and Mergers and Acquisitions Senior Counsel.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Support activities on all capital markets and other strategic transactions
• Keep current on applicable securities laws
• Refine and maintain policies and procedures

Required Skills:

• J.D. and admission, active and in good standing, with at least one state bar
• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Highly analytical with exceptional business and legal issue identification and problem-solving skills
• Passionate about technology and energized by the challenges of serving a hyper-growth company
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, proactive, efficient, and resourceful with follow-through skills
• Ability to simultaneously manage workloads, multiple client demands, and shifting priorities
