A staffing agency is seeking a Remote Corporate Securities Attorney in Miami.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working with one of its publicly traded company clients
- Representing public company clients
- Preparing SEC and state regulatory filings
Position Requirements Include:
- 4+ years of corporate securities experience working as a corporate associate at an AmLaw 200 firm
- Excellent academic credentials
- Outstanding references
- Must be licensed and in good standing in their state of residence
