A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Corporate Securities Counsel.

Must be able to:

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 5+ YOE
  • J.D. degree
  • Relevant professional experience in a law firm and/or in-house setting

  • Membership in at least one state bar
