Job Summary
A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Corporate Software Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage a growing team of CSMs
- Utilize a suite of technology tools
- Partner with CS manager peers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years experience managing customer success teams in a SaaS environment
- 6 years experience in Customer Success or a related field
