A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Corporate Software Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage a growing team of CSMs
  • Utilize a suite of technology tools
  • Partner with CS manager peers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • At least 3 years experience managing customer success teams in a SaaS environment
  • 6 years experience in Customer Success or a related field
  • Passion for SaaS offerings and delivering value to our customers through desired outcomes
