Job Summary
An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Corporate Tax Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manages the federal and state income tax return preparation process
- Makes quarterly estimated payments for the Company and its Subsidiaries on a timely basis
- Efficiently integrates with the provision process
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum of 15 years experience in the property & casualty insurance industry
- Experience in managing an insurance company federal and state income tax financial reporting and compliance
- Exposure to state premium and sales and use taxes
- Technical expertise and experience in insurance tax and tax accounting required
- Experience with tax transformation
- An undergraduate degree in accounting is required
