A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Corporate Trainer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading training sessions, workshops, and other learning sessions
- Maintaining required documents, including participant evaluations
- Providing subject matter expertise and behaving as a resource

- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field
- Equivalent education and work experience may be considered
- 3-5 years’ experience in teaching, training, or employee development
- Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, clinical care, and behavioral health
- Robust customer service orientation, active listen skills, and the ability to anticipate customer needs
