Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Corporate Trainer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading training sessions, workshops, and other learning sessions
  • Maintaining required documents, including participant evaluations
  • Providing subject matter expertise and behaving as a resource

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field
  • Equivalent education and work experience may be considered
  • 3-5 years’ experience in teaching, training, or employee development
  • Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, clinical care, and behavioral health
  • Robust customer service orientation, active listen skills, and the ability to anticipate customer needs
