Job Summary

A provider of pediatric therapy has an open position for a Remote Corporate Training Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Identifying and assessing future and current training needs
  • Managing learning projects from needs analysis to deployment
  • Developing and implementing overall and individualized training and development plans

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Travel may be required in the future
  • BA or BS Degree
  • Enthusiasm for working in cross-functional teams as well as autonomously
  • Strong understanding of various teaching methodologies and tools
  • Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
  • Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
