Job Summary
A provider of pediatric therapy has an open position for a Remote Corporate Training Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Identifying and assessing future and current training needs
- Managing learning projects from needs analysis to deployment
- Developing and implementing overall and individualized training and development plans
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel may be required in the future
- BA or BS Degree
- Enthusiasm for working in cross-functional teams as well as autonomously
- Strong understanding of various teaching methodologies and tools
- Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
- Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
