Job Summary
A computer software company is seeking a Remote Corporate Transactions Counsel.
Must be able to:
- Serve as legal subject matter expert on strategic corporate and M&A transactions
- Lead legal due diligence activities and advise on structuring, antitrust and other compliance matters
- Draft and negotiate contracts, including confidentiality, vendor, and partnership agreements
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience working at or advising on corporate transactions for technology companies
- Experience supporting corporate finance activities
- Demonstrated knowledge of, and ability to navigate, complex legal and regulatory compliance issues, including the securities laws
- High degree of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential legal matters
