Job Summary
A nonprofit travel provider network company is filling a position for a Remote Corporate Travel Account Manager.
Must be able to:
- Maintain a role model approach in all internal/external interactions that are related to the client
- Ensure that all key internal client service areas are aligned with client's business goals
- Meet regularly with Operations to ensure client goals are understood and on track for completion
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to use office products to self-support financial analysis, client-facing communications, and formal presentations
- Bachelor's degree in business or related fields and five (5) years of experience in commercial or corporate travel
- Ability to respond positively to clients, make recommendations, and interact with individuals at various levels of responsibility
- Demonstrates the ability to identify wins in order to negotiate in conflict resolution
