Job Summary
A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Corporation Sales Operations Leader.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting the sales team with process improvement, measurement, tracking and analytics relevant to their functional areas
- Enhancing sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes
- Tracking and analyzing key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience - 1+ in a sales role and 2+ in Sales Operations
- Proficiency with Salesforce, and sales cadence system (Salesloft, Outreach, etc.)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- A results & success oriented attitude, a sense of urgency in driving projects to closure
- An ability to initiate and build relationships with people in an open, friendly, and accepting manner
- An innate drive to innovate and optimize the use of available resources
