Job Summary
A staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote Correctional Facilities Customer Service Agent in McCallen.
Must be able to:
- Answer inbound phone calls regarding additional funds to inmate's commissary accounts
- Respond to phone calls from current inmates to assist in placing orders from the jail catalog
- Track shipments and respond to questions pertaining to the status of an order placed
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Prior customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have own working computer and internet
- Professional and upbeat telephone voice
- Ability to type 30 wpm
