Job Summary

A mortgage company has a current position open for a Remote Correspondent Post Purchase Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Meeting or exceed agreed upon performance and quality goals
  • Responding to and reconcile post purchase defects resulting from investor sales
  • Tracking trending of loan defects

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related area
  • 2-4 years of related experience
  • In-depth knowledge of all mortgage loan documentation
  • Well-versed and knowledgeable in applicable investor guidelines
