A company is looking for a Remote Correspondent Purchaser.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and purchase closed loans from correspondent lenders, ensuring compliance with guidelines
• Complete audits and reviews of loan files, ensuring all conditions are met prior to purchase
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and manage the loan purchase process

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum two years' experience in a similar role within the mortgage industry
• Experience reviewing collateral packages prior to purchase
• Underwriting experience preferred
• Knowledge of Non-QM underwriting guidelines and federal regulations
• Experience with Encompass preferred
