Job Summary
A global financial services and asset management company has an open position for a Remote Correspondent Underwriting Supervisor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of Residential Mortgage Credit and Collateral Underwriting.
- Providing excellent customer service to internal business partners and external customers
- Following and implementing detailed procedures and ensures accuracy in documentation and data
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Subject matter expert with regard to specialized systems and processes
- Five years of Underwriting experience in the Mortgage Industry
- Knowledge and proficiency in all levels of mortgage underwriting including Non Agency
- Experience in manual underwriting
- Excellent analytical and decision making skills
