Job Summary
A business solutions company is seeking a Remote Corrugated Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Representing company at all relevant customer-facing events for their region(s)
- Partnering with the sales teams the region(s) in support of sales activities as needed
- Leading the continuous improvement of the customer's ongoing operational health
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must be able to visit customers
- Post-secondary degree, or diploma with relevant experience
- Extensive market-specific domain expertise and experience
- Proven track record of excellent customer advocacy
- Experience in launching and executing customer reference programs
- Prior experience in providing customer support and advocacy for enterprise scale customers
