Remote Cost Control Specialist

Job Summary

A government solutions company has a current position open for a Remote Cost Control Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Be responsible for Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) maintenance, and charge number control
• Develop training materials and ability to train junior analysts on financial processes
• Generate Cost Performance Reports (CPR) and Hours and Labor Reports

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Accounting or related field
• More than 3 years of applicable experience
• Can develop PowerPoint slides and ability to present to internal and external customers
• Proficient in Excel and Deltek Accounting software (Costpoint, COGNOS)
• Knowledge of pricing concepts and applications
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities among work groups
