Job Summary

A healthcare revenue cycle management company is in need of a Remote Cost Optimization Lead.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Working as the enterprise-wide business liaison
• Overseeing current state process capture, recommending, and implementing process re-design
• Working with business stakeholders to develop plans to implement the Standard processes

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelors or Technical degree in Business Administration/Management
• Demonstrated ability in the areas of project management and risk escalation
• Strong financial analysis skills and experience
• Strong interpersonal & organizational skills and the ability to prioritize accordingly
• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
• Proven track record of being a self-starter
