Job Summary
A software company has a current position open for a Remote Counsel.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Enabling rapid growth at a proven leader in the software-as-a-service space
- Reporting to the company’s General Counsel and being part of a growing Global Legal team
- Working closely with our General Counsel, commercial executives, and various department leaders
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 6+ years of experience at top tier law firm and/or in-house at a comparable company
- Experience in negotiating and drafting a breadth of general corporate agreements
- Excellent legal and business judgement
- Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and advising executives
- Project management experience with a proven track record of delivering extraordinary results on time
- A Juris Doctorate in good standing with the California bar
