Job Summary
A staffing firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Counsel Attorney in Grand Rapids.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Reviewing MSA and SOWs for our Priority Advantage product
- Reviewing older contracts that have already been executed
- Providing contract analysis/closing memos
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel onsite as needed for meetings and the initial interview
- At least 5 years experience specific to contracting
- Member in good standing of the State Bar of Michigan or eligibility for admission based on reciprocity
