Job Summary

An energy efficiency solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Counsel Member.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts
  • Working as part of the legal team on a variety of commercial matters
  • Working closely with members of the legal, finance and commercial teams

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 3-5 years' of law firm experience in a transactional legal role
  • Ability to independently review, revise and negotiate with opposing counsel
  • Ability to explain legal concepts to non-attorney in-house clients
  • J.D. degree and licensed to practice law in the United States
  • Currently have permanent authorization to work in the United States
  • Excellent drafting skill
