Job Summary
A not-for-profit higher education institution needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Counseling Executive Director.
Must be able to:
- Set vision, strategy, and overarching goals, while developing action plans to enhance current programs and implement new programs and initiatives
- Lead initiatives and actions that ensure that high-quality programs are developed to support student learning, and effectively allowing graduates to achieve the stated program, course and employment outcomes
- Recruit and select adjunct faculty for online courses ensuring cultural match, real-world experience and appropriate educational credentials
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel to Manchester required as needed by the program and/or university
- Minimum of 3-5 years administrative and academic experience at/above/equivalent to Dean Level
- Substantial direct experience with online education
- Substantial supervisory experience, budget management and project management
- Experience with curriculum development and outcomes assessment
- Experience working with accreditation organizations
