Job Summary

A testing laboratories company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Coupa System Administrator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Partnering with Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Business Stakeholders to document business requirements and propose process solutions using Coupa
  • Identifying gaps and opportunities for process improvements and automation leveraging Coupa functionality
  • Remaining up-to-date on new features, upgrades and version releases

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Possession of a valid passport to travel internationally if required
  • Strong knowledge of Procure-to-pay practices (purchasing, receiving, accounts payable)
  • cXML, EDI or similar eCommerce applications and formats experience is preferred
  • High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, P2P, SIM, Coupa, JDE/Oracle, Ariba
  • Possession of strong analytical skills, assertive, and ability to demonstrate initiative
  • College diploma or university degree in the field of MIS, Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent work experience
