Job Summary
A testing laboratories company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Coupa System Administrator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Partnering with Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Business Stakeholders to document business requirements and propose process solutions using Coupa
- Identifying gaps and opportunities for process improvements and automation leveraging Coupa functionality
- Remaining up-to-date on new features, upgrades and version releases
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Possession of a valid passport to travel internationally if required
- Strong knowledge of Procure-to-pay practices (purchasing, receiving, accounts payable)
- cXML, EDI or similar eCommerce applications and formats experience is preferred
- High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, P2P, SIM, Coupa, JDE/Oracle, Ariba
- Possession of strong analytical skills, assertive, and ability to demonstrate initiative
- College diploma or university degree in the field of MIS, Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent work experience
