Key Responsibilities

• Participate in training sessions to understand educational products and user needs
• Address client inquiries about course offerings and build relationships with parents
• Develop plans to meet enrollment targets and collaborate with teams for smooth program delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred in Teaching, Education, or Mathematics
• 1-2 years of experience in the education industry, sales, or customer service
• Fluency in English and Mandarin
• Flexible schedule for 20-30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
• High level of responsiveness and teamwork skills
