Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Subject Matter Expert for Training on Decision-Making and Communication Skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with instructional designer to review and build course content
• Designing and creating course materials, exercises, and live lessons
• Curating resources, writing descriptions, and creating rubrics for student evaluations

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of front-line work professional development or training experience
• Experience in building learning experiences or training for front-line workers
• Clear understanding of skills needed to enhance front-line decision-making and communication
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines across a multi-month project
• Experience coaching and instructing others is preferred
