Job Summary
A liability insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Coverage and Claims Counsel.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Executing on coverage issues, preparing appropriate reservations, denials, or other letters for Claims as needed
- Consulting with the business on the legal issues and implications of potential business decisions and initiatives
- Reviewing policies and provide experienced coverage analysis
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- JD degree from an ABA approved law school and licensed in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 5-8 years of experience as a coverage attorney
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
