Job Summary
A staffing agency is in need of a Remote COVID 19 Claims Supervisor.
Must be able to:
- Oversee and support the work of Case Agents
- Provide guidance to Case Agents
- Conduct case reviews with Case Agents
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3 years of healthcare industry experience, 1 year of which must have been in a supervisory capacity
- Ability to lead, develop, engage and monitor performance in a remote environment
- Ability to be respectful, sensitive to and understanding of the diverse perspectives of staff
- Proficiency in navigating computer systems; ability to learn new data systems
- Ability to demonstrate a professional, positive attitude and work ethic
- Ability to understand the concepts of institutional and structural racism and bias
