Job Summary
A systems integration company is seeking a Remote COVID 19 Contact Tracer in Frankfort.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support patients and their contact with the suspected or confirmed infection
- Work with patients to help them recall everyone with whom they have had close contact
- Work with the identified contacts to the case and advises them on self-quarantine
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years experience in Social Work or Public Health
- Proficiency with computers
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact professionally with culturally diverse individuals during a time of crisis
