A post-acute healthcare provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote COVID 19 Disease Investigator in Louisville.
Must be able to:
- Locate individuals who are reported to have COVID-19
- Maintain trust and provide calm and professional demeanor
- Update case management system for Contact Tracers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Associate's Degree or current student/graduate from a college of public health or related
- 3+ years acute or post-acute healthcare experience
- Understand and adhere to all HIPAA and PHI privacy laws
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new software
- Professional, articulate voice
