Job Summary

A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote COVID-19 Patient Customer Service Agent in Detroit.

Must be able to:

  • Take calls related to COVID-19 patients
  • Schedule appointment
  • Direct patients to the closest area for testing

Position Requirements Include:

  • Remote then in Detroit, MI office once COVID-19 restrictions are lifted
  • Must be available for 12:30 - 9 pm Tuesday through Saturday
  • Have solid work durations (at least one year at recent positions)
  • Must have: Internet, a computer/laptop in a quiet area, and a headset
