Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote COVID 19 Vaccination Call Center Representative in Herndon.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from state consumers on the COVID-19 virus
• Record information in the online, secure client management system
• Register consumers for the vaccination and schedule appointments in the state provided system

Required Skills:

• High school diploma
• Must be a resident of the state of Virginia
• Willingness to ask questions, troubleshoot problems, and escalate issues when necessary
• Ability to demonstrate empathy for those affected by COVID-19
• Experience in handling customers with professionalism, diplomacy and consideration for customer’s concerns
