Job Summary
An asset management and business processing solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote COVID 19 Vaccination Call Center Representative in Wilmington.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Answering inbound calls from state consumers on COVID-19 virus
- Providing consumers with additional resources and other help lines
- Making reminder calls to potential recipients who have previously registered but not scheduled a vaccine appointment
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma
- Experience in handling customers with professionalism, diplomacy and consideration for the customer’s concerns
- OR additional equivalent education above the required minimum may substitute for the required level of experience
- Must be a resident of the state of Delaware
