Job Summary

An asset management and business processing solutions company is seeking a Remote COVID-19 Vaccination Call Center Supervisor.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing supervision and motivation of staff to foster competitive performance
  • Ensuing efficient and productive handling of inbound and outbound call volume
  • Reviewing leave requests for approval/denial

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma
  • 2 years Customer Care experience to include at least 18 months in a high-volume call center or
  • One year of Navient Call Center experience and at least 1 year of leadership experience
