Job Summary
An information technology company that offers solutions for non-profit organizations and government agencies is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote COVID-19 Vaccination Partner Lead.
Must be able to:
- Enable federal, State, local governments and nonprofits to provide better services for low-income communities at scale
- Work directly with clients, managing client expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Gather requirements for client needs and mapping them to our existing and future products and services
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and against deadlines and creativity in problem-solving
- Experience in working with government agencies (at any level) and/or community partners and non-profits
- Degree in public policy, business administration, or related field
- Knowledge of prominent and emerging social issues that affect vulnerable communities
- Ability to configure survey and mobile SMS software solutions to satisfy client-specific business processes, rules, and other functional requirements
- Ability to coordinate and conduct new client onboarding and training
